Provisio also has the privilege to partner with Endeavors in their Salesforce implementation. Endeavors is a nonprofit agency who has served the San Antonio community for over 50 years.
In 2011, they began receiving federal funding to end veteran homelessness, and two years later developed the Veteran Supportive Services program to prevent and rapidly re-house homeless Veterans and their families. Since then, they have expanded their services outside of San Antonio.
Endeavors’ Veteran Supportive Services runs several programs, including the following:
- Short-term Emergency Housing
- Rental/Utility Payment
- Assistance Obtaining VA Benefits and Services
- Access to Substance Abuse Programs
- Job Placement Assistance
- Skills and Parenting Workshops
With the power of Salesforce, Endeavors will be able to streamline many of their processes, such as entering incoming referrals, case notes, and enrolling clients in the Military Family Clinic Program. They can log class or event attendance as well as outgoing referrals. Salesforce will allow them to track their clients’ participation in activities and report the impact they are having on the Veteran community.
Endeavors now offers virtual services through their Veteran Wellness Center. This program offers long-term care for chronic conditions and will support the recovery of homeless Veteran populations. Their facility is set to open later this year.
