The ideal candidate will be mission-driven, self-reliant and eager to learn. Our consultants are all client-facing and may be involved in all steps in a project’s lifecycle including demonstration, discovery, design, configuration and development, testing, data migration, integration development, and support. The Senior Technical Consultant will lead the technical aspects of projects and must have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.

  • Oversee and take responsibility for successful completion and timeline of Salesforce projects within budget
  • Manage client relationship throughout engagement to keep a strong customer relationship throughout
  • Participate and support user acceptance testing efforts as needed including issue tracking and appropriately managing those issues against project scope and timeline
  • Manage project plan and be able to problem solve any risks that may occur 
  • Travel to clients and with team when necessary
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience
  • 3- 5 years experience managing project delivery CRM implementations, preferably Salesforce, in a consulting environment
  • Experience in the non-profit space
  • Familiar with Nonprofit Success Pack
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Relevant Salesforce Certifications  or the ability to achieve certifications upon hire
  • Experience with third-party integrations
  • Consulting experience in the nonprofit industry
