The ideal candidate will be mission-driven, self-reliant and eager to learn. Our consultants are all client-facing and may be involved in all steps in a project’s lifecycle including demonstration, discovery, design, configuration and development, testing, data migration, integration development, and support. The Senior Technical Consultant will lead the technical aspects of projects and must have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.

  • Delivering a variety of Salesforce implementation, migration, and
  • Conducting discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders to for
  • Introducing formal requirement specifications and workflow documentation
  • Data-migration tools such as Demandtools, Data Loader, Jitterbit
  • Track project progress and deliverables
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related filed or equivalent experience/education
  • Consulting experience in the non-profit
  • More than 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Familiar with NPSP
  • Experience with third party integrations
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Certifications in Salesforce or the ability to achieve certifications upon hire
